Preconceived Notions about mariners

Going to sea is an old occupation. It has always been a haven for people who may not fit in so well ashore. Sailors have an old reputation for drinking too much, being sexually adventurous and not particularly good with money, especially when drunk. They also have a reputation for carrying STDs, which is probably related to the first two stereotypes.

Well according to my research i found only 20% mariner are good, those who don’t smoke, drink and taking girls(i hate to call them girls) or at least less sex starved. So if your boyfriend is in merchant Navy then be conscious because all the myth about Merchant navy is true but remember exceptions is always there if you love someone then trust them.
